Role Description

The Property Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing property sales and leasing deals. The ideal candidate must be proactive, persuasive, knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Actively seek out new clients through calls, networking, referrals, walk-ins, and property inquiries.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up.

Identify client needs, preferences, and budget to match them with suitable properties.

2. Property Listings & Market Knowledge

Stay updated with Dubai's real estate market trends, prices, and community developments.

Coordinate with landlords and developers to secure property listings.

Conduct property visits, take high-quality photos/videos, and ensure listings are accurate and updated on all platforms.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Conduct property viewings professionally and confidently.

Explain property features, payment plans, community advantages, and investment returns.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

4. Sales & Negotiations

Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.

Ensure smooth closing of deals by coordinating with all parties involved (owners, developers, mortgage advisors, admins, etc.).

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and review necessary documents such as Form A, Form B, and Form F.

Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies.

Maintain organized records and update CRM systems accurately.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability.

Professional appearance and confident personality.

Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car.

Familiar with CRM systems, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder), and social media marketing.

Number of leads generated weekly

Number of viewings conducted

Number of listings secured

Number of deals closed per month

Client satisfaction and referral rate
