Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, for a Property Consultant. The primary responsibilities include providing property investment advice, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local property market. The Property Consultant will identify client requirements, negotiate transactions, and manage relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves developing and maintaining a client portfolio while meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting, Communication, and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Knowledge and/or experience in Real Estate, especially within Dubai's property market, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored property solutions
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• UAE driving license is an advantage
