Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will provide expert consultation to clients regarding real estate opportunities, including buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, preparing property listings, arranging property viewings, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise to provide clients with relevant market insights and property recommendations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs effectively
• Proven experience in Sales with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is an advantage
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus
