• Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property regulations in Dubai
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in client relationship management and networking
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Previous Dubai real estate experience is a must (2 Years and above)
