Job Description

Position Overview:

The Property Handover Executive is responsible for coordinating, inspecting, and facilitating the smooth handover of completed properties to clients or tenants. The role ensures all units meet quality standards, documentation is complete, and clients receive a seamless experience during possession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare handover schedules, inspection checklists, and ensure compliance with project completion milestones.
  • Verify that all utilities, access cards, and legal/technical documents are ready before handover.
  • Conduct walkthroughs with clients, record observations, and manage the resolution of snags.
  • Maintain detailed records of handover documents, client acknowledgments, and issue logs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the handover process, ensuring professional communication and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with facility management, sales, and customer service teams for post-handover support.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of snagging, quality control, and property finishing standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple handovers simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and snagging/CRM software (e.g., SnagR, Procore, Salesforce).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Discipline .
  • 25 years of experience in property handover, facility coordination, or project delivery.
