This is not a typical brokerage role.
We don't push listings we advise clients on how to make the right investment decisions.
Candidates who are:
- Confident and well-spoken
- Fluent in any of the following: English, French, Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Italian, Spanish, Persian, Serbian/Croatian
- Motivated to grow in a structured, professional environment
- Comfortable learning about ROI, payment plans, developer credibility, rental yields
- Serious about building a long-term career, not just quick commissions
- Previous real estate experience anywhere in the world
Your Role as an Investment Advisor
You will:
- Advise clients using market data, ROI models, and real investment logic
- Build and manage your portfolio of investors
- Conduct investment consultations, not push-based sales
- Guide clients through payment plans, resale strategies, and rental projections
- Attend project launches, training sessions, and networking events
