Huaxia Real Estate is a rapidly growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai. We are committed to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results across both primary and secondary property markets. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deposit and collect cheques and cash related to rental and property management fees.

Coordinate with developers, chiller companies, DEWA, DLD, gas companies, and other service providers.

Assist tenants with move-in and move-out inspections, documentation, renewals, and Ejari/DEWA/Gas registrations.

Handle tenant maintenance complaints and coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams.

Deliver and collect documents, keys, and access cards from tenants, developers, and offices.

Maintain and update property management records, rental cheque calendars, and files.

Arrange client viewings and support leasing agents as required.

Monitor and coordinate maintenance of the company vehicle.

Assist with property photoshoots and other tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

Valid Driving License (mandatory).

Previous experience in Property Management is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
