Job Summary
The Property Management Specialist / Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day property management operations, ensuring smooth administration of residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves tenant coordination, contract administration, maintenance follow-ups, documentation, and compliance with Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
1- Property Administration:- Manage and maintain property records, tenancy contracts, addendums, and renewals.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, Tawtheeq registrations, and related documentation.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including handover and inspection reports.
- Maintain accurate tenant and unit data in the property management system.
2- Tenant & Owner Coordination:- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and property owners
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Follow up on rent collection and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with landlords regarding approvals and updates.
3- Maintenance & Operations:- Log and track maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors.
- Follow up on maintenance completion and quality of work.
- Assist in obtaining quotations and approvals.
- Ensure properties are maintained as per company standards.
4- Compliance & Reporting:- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.
- Assist with inspection and condition reports.
- Prepare periodic operational reports.
5- Administrative Support:- Prepare correspondence, emails, and notices.
- Support daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience: 24 years of UAE property management experience preferred.
Knowledge of Tawtheeq and Abu Dhabi tenancy laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
