We are looking for an experienced Property Management Supervisor to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and maintenance across assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise property operations and tenant management
• Handle renewals, complaints, and move-in/move-out processes
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance and contractors
• Conduct property inspections
• Manage service contracts and control operational costs
• Ensure compliance with Dubai tenancy regulations
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports

Requirements

• 35 years UAE property management experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws
• Good vendor management and problem-solving skills
