This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Property Management Specialist. The responsibilities include managing property portfolios, communicating with property owners and tenants, handling maintenance requests and ensuring properties are well-maintained. The role also involves preparing and reviewing lease agreements, resolving tenant issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The specialist will contribute toward maximizing occupancy, ensuring timely rent collection, and collaborating with various departments to optimize property performance.

• Proficiency in property management, lease administration, and compliance with local property regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, tenants, owners, and service providers effectively.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage property portfolios and address operational challenges.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends in Abu Dhabi and the broader UAE market.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution to deal with contractual and tenant-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferable.
• Experience in the real estate or property management sector is highly desirable.
