Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Convert the Company provided Leads in to Deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers
  • Provide market insights and guidance to clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and new developments.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and the UAE property market
  • Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation to understand and fulfill client needs effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in market analysis, property listings, and contract management
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
