Property Sales Manager

Role : Sales Manager (For Leading Real Estate Developers in UAE)

Location : Dubai,UAE

Salary : AED 14000 - AED 15000 +Standard UAE Benefits!

Commission:

• 1 % on direct sales
• 0.5% on channel sales

Joining : Immediately

Requirements:

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 6-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS SENIOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE OF MANAGING TEAM AND PROPERTY SALES IN DUBAI WITH STABILITY AND MUST HAVE STRONG BROKERAGE NETWORK & SALES CHANNELS

Job Requirements

1.Proven working experience as a Senior Property Sales consultant for property developer.

2.Proven track of successful sales record amongst clients

3.Have a network of brokers in the market

4.Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

5.Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

6.Pleasant and trustworthy

7.Excellent English & Arabic communication skills

8.Valid UAE Drivers License

9.Knowledge of Dubai

10.Highly motivated and goal orientated

11.A passion to succeed
