KKS Elite Properties is expanding and we are looking for motivated Property Specialists to handle off-plan projects, ready properties, secondary market sales, and rental transactions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for driven and ambitious real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan residential and investment projects
- Manage ready property and secondary market sales
- Handle property rentals and leasing transactions
- Manage client leads, presentations, property viewings, and site visits
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal operations team
- Close deals from inquiry to SPA / tenancy contract signing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
- UAE real estate experience preferred (off-plan or secondary)
- Strong sales, closing, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional communication and client handling
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment

Commission Structure
- 50% commission per closed deal
- 60% commission after 3–4 deals per month
