Key Responsibility

- Actively source, list, and close property sales and rental deals in Dubai.

- Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and tenants.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends and property values.

- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.

- Negotiate offers and finalize deals ensuring compliance with RERA and company standards.

- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai (minimum 1 year Experience preferred).

- Valid UAE driving license & car.

- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, communities, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
