Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate advisory services, understanding client needs, and offering tailored property solutions. Tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales transactions, and preparing necessary documentation. The role requires close collaboration with clients to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and successful property transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate practices to deliver professional advice in property sales and acquisitions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients
- Sales skills with the ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets consistently
- Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market and its trends is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
