Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Proposals and Contracts Manager to lead our bid management process for our growing Healthcare IT division in Egypt. You will be the driving force behind creating winning proposals and managing contracts, playing a pivotal role in our market expansion and success. Your expertise will ensure we deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive bids that secure new business and strengthen client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFQs, and contract renewals, from initial qualification to final award and signing.
  • Develop compelling win strategies, value propositions, and solution designs by leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Delivery, Legal, Finance).
  • Prepare detailed cost and price models to ensure submissions are both profitable and commercially competitive.
  • Manage partner/vendor engagements and support the negotiation of teaming agreements and master service contracts (MSAs).
  • Ensure all bid responses adhere to the highest standards of quality, completeness, and compliance with client and internal requirements.
  • Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and the knowledge library to enhance efficiency and win rates.
Requirements & Experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams in a complex IT organization, with at least 3 years specifically in bid or proposal management.
  • Proven experience within theHealthcare IT domain(e.g., Clinical, Administrative, or Financial software applications).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial constructs, licensing models, and budgeting processes.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

Desirable Criteria:

  • APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification.
  • Experience with both public and private sector bidding in the Egyptian market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and awareness of structured bid processes (e.g., Shipley).
