Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Property Sales Manager. The role includes managing and executing property sales activities, developing relationships with clients, and generating leads. Responsibilities also involve managing a portfolio of properties, negotiating sales agreements, conducting viewings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Property Sales Manager will collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close property transactions successfully
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
• Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is highly desirable
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
