Your Role

As a Permit to Work Coordinator, you will:

• Manage and control the Permit to Work system across all project sites.
• Ensure all work activities are properly assessed, authorized, and documented.
• Coordinate with HSE, operations, and engineering teams to maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of PTW documentation and processes.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on PTW procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for regulatory and internal audits.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 35 years of experience in PTW coordination within oil & gas or EPC environments.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and risk management practices.

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology or an equivalent qualification

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certification in HSE or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital PTW systems is an advantage.
