About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced PRO to manage all government relations, approvals, and regulatory requirements related to construction activities, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and authorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all government relations and regulatory governance related to construction operations
- Obtain and manage construction approvals, permits, and NOCs from municipalities and relevant authorities
- Coordinate with Municipality / Local Municipality, Civil Defense, and other approving bodies
- Manage labor and immigration services including visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Amer, and other government portals
- Support site mobilization and access approvals for construction personnel
- Process and renew trade licenses and company legal documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all government, labor, and construction-related documents
- Stay updated on UAE construction regulations, labor law, and compliance requirements
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Construction PRO in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of municipal approvals, construction permits, and regulatory procedures
- Excellent understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration processes
- Strong coordination and follow‑up skills
- Ability to manage multiple approvals and deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
