Job Description

Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-time

Monthly Salary: 7000 SAR

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and coordinate all government relations and regulatory affairs for our clients operations in Saudi Arabia. The PRO will ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and company registration requirements, while maintaining positive relationships with relevant ministries and authorities.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of Saudi government procedures, and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all government-related processes including visas, work permits, Iqama issuance/renewal, company licenses, and other official documentation.

Liaise with government entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, MOFA, MOI, and other regulatory bodies.

Ensure the company remains compliant with Saudi labor, immigration, and commercial regulations.

Prepare and submit all relevant documentation for new employee onboarding, visa processing, and renewals.

Manage online portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce platforms.

Handle municipality permits, civil defense approvals, and other local authority requirements as needed.

Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and update management with status reports.

Represent the company professionally during all interactions with authorities and external stakeholders.

Support HR and Administration in employee-related government matters (e.g., exit/re-entry visas, sponsorship transfers, dependents visas, etc.).

Keep up to date with changes in Saudi regulations and provide proactive advice to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor, immigration, and commercial laws.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Valid Saudi driving license.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience within engineering, construction, or consultancy sectors.

Experience with company setup or CR management in Saudi Arabia.

Familiarity with digital government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, Chamber of Commerce).
