Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for a Purchase Specialist, located in Altajamo Alawal . The Purchase Specialist will handle procurement processes, issue and manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services required by the company. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, comparing vendor quotes, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies and budgets. The individual will also analyze purchasing data to optimize costs and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management
  • Proficiency in working with Purchase Orders and handling procurement logistics
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance and optimizing procurement costs
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities for effective vendor management
  • Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
