Purchasing Engineer (Electrical)

Follow up the implementation of procurement plan from requirements for electrical spare parts, to match the previous schedule prepared for all departments.

Supervise the implementation of procurement operations and preparation of purchase orders so that we can receive the required items in supply orders on time to the requesting department, confirm the time by the ISO, and cover emergency needs by applying the scientific and technical materials that have been studied.

Follow up on a daily all purchase requests received by departments the needs of all departments that are dealt with are met on time and avoid delaying the purchase request beyond the period specified by the administration in executing the purchase request.

Follow up periodically on the shipment of incoming products and their arrival to the company so that they are delivered within working hours without the company's additional and benefit from them as soon as possible.

Establish a strong database of suppliers for each item and identify new suppliers, agencies, and distributors to negotiate well and offer alternatives at lower costs so as not to risk, which serves the interest of the business.

Make sure to improve suppliers performance of the items quality and the dates of supply to get the best quality with suitable price at a required date to production didn't disrupt, make sure that items are supplied from the source didn't from unknown parties.

Requirements:

Electrical Engineering Bachelor degree

From 2 to 4 years of experience in same field

Basic finance knowledge.

Very good level of English.

Flexibility.

Hard Working.

Good Communication Skills.

Good Negotiation Skills.
