Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute purchasing activities in line with company policies and budget.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Track orders, deliveries, and resolve any supplier-related issues or discrepancies.
- Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports on costs, savings, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Identify new suppliers and opportunities to improve cost efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support other operational and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
