Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Specialist located in Qesm 2nd 6 October.
The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products and services. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with internal teams to understand procurement needs, and analyzing market trends to ensure optimal purchasing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and preparing Purchase Orders
- Comprehensive knowledge of Purchasing and supplier relationship management
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers, cost comparisons, and forecasting
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
