We're Hiring | Purchasing Specialist – Local Buyer

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist with strong local purchasing experience and a hands-on approach to sourcing and developing new suppliers.

• Identify and source new local suppliers based on business needs.
• Conduct regular market visits and supplier searches to build a strong vendor network.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and suitable quality.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, availability, and market changes.
• Continuously search for new suppliers and alternatives to ensure business continuity and competitive sourcing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements and specifications.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records.

• 1–3 years of experience in Local Purchasing / Procurement.
• Previous experience in hands-on supplier sourcing and vendor development is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to identify new suppliers regularly.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work on the ground and conduct supplier visits when required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
