Job Description
The QA Resource for Digital Channels is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of digital banking platforms, including web and mobile applications. This role involves developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to identify and resolve issues. The QA resource works closely with development teams, product managers, and business analysts to ensure that digital banking features meet functional, performance, security, and usability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases for digital banking applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks.
Skills Required
- Strong experience with QA methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of digital banking or financial services applications.
- Experience in automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and API testing.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
