Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for backend microservices.
Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to uncover system bottlenecks and scalability issues.
Debug and trace long call chains across distributed microservices, identifying root causes in complex service interactions.
Develop and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and regression coverage.
Leverage logs, metrics, and distributed tracing tools to diagnose performance degradation and systemic issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in backend QA for large-scale systems, with strong exposure to distributed architectures and microservices.
Solid hands-on experience with API testing, database validation, and performance testing.
Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
Deep understanding of asynchronous processing, and message queue systems.
Strong debugging skills for analyzing complex call paths and identifying performance hotspots.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Lending industry experience is a strong plus.
