Role : QA Test Lead – Airline Domain (Chatbot Testing)

We are hiring experienced QA Test lead for a leading airline organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong software testing expertise and prior exposure to the airline/aviation domain, particularly in chatbot or conversational AI testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Test chatbot and conversational AI applications across web and mobile platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate chatbot conversations, user journeys, intents, and response accuracy.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA team members in an Agile environment.
- Ensure high-quality software releases that meet business and customer expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automation).
- Hands-on experience with chatbot or conversational AI testing.
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of defect management and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working in the Airline/Aviation domain is highly preferred.
- Experience with Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or airline applications.
- Exposure to tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks is an advantage.
