Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a QA Manager at Marbella Group, located in the 6th of October City. The QA Manager will oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications such as ISO 22000 and HACCP. Responsibilities include supervising quality control teams, monitoring production lines, conducting audits, ensuring product quality and safety, analyzing quality data for improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions. The QA Manager will play a key role in maintaining high product standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, including ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and OHSAS 18001
• Experience with 7 years experience as a Manager in quality assurance, and compliance in the food industry
• Skills in quality data analysis, identifying process improvements, and implementing corrective actions
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee QA teams and processes effectively
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a closely related field
• Experience in gum, candy, or confectionery production is a strong advantage
