Job Overview
Responsible for ensuring quality compliance of all civil works related to substations, including foundations, structures, and infrastructure works, in line with SEC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement QA/QC procedures for civil works
- Review drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Conduct inspections (concrete, excavation, backfilling, steel works)
- Prepare ITPs, method statements, and quality reports
- Ensure compliance with SEC and project specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers and consultants
- Monitor subcontractors work quality
- Handle NCRs and corrective actions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience, including substation projects
- SEC approval required
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and civil standards
- Experience in concrete works, foundations, and structural works
- Familiar with testing procedures (soil, concrete, etc.)
- Good reporting and documentation skills
