Job Description

Mech. QA/QC

Verification of materials, mill test certificates and confirming compliance to the code & company requirements during IMIR clearance.
Conducting welding procedure qualification tests and maintaining procedure qualification records (PQR) for Structural, Tank & Piping works.
Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification & conducting Procedure Qualification test at site per requirement.
Verification of welding consumables BTCs & conduct necessary Qualification test at site.
Preparation of Job procedure & ITP pertaining to Structural, Piping & Tank works.
Periodical Site Internal Audits.
Visually inspecting the fit up & welded joints of Structural, Tank & Piping works.
Welding inspection (surveillance checks before ,during and after welding)
Conducting all NDT inspections and preparation of all inspection records.
Coordination with Customer for necessary day-to-day inspections.
Piping test package preparation, review, and site verification and punching the pending activities.
NDT Clearance of Piping Test packs
Hydrotest witness of Tank & Piping system.
