Roles and responsibilities:
- Verification of project specification and work identify technical requirements
- Preparation of project specific method statements, inspection and test plan
- Coordinate with site execution and Ensure WIR, MIR are raised on time as well as the approvals are obtained.
- Inspection of Incoming / delivered materials and ensure the materials are in compliance with the project specification / Material approvals.
- Record the status of non-conformance and action details of assigned projects
- Develop method statements , compliance report and ITPs
- Regular visit to site work and ensure work is executed against specification and method statement
- Conduct internal audit to meet QHSE requirements and prepare audit reports.
- Issue non conformity report on various non conformities identified during audits for corrective action and follow up for its effective implementation.
- Review customers complaints and ensure closure of complaints
- Prepare QHSE observation report and record all the nonconformities identified/ resolved status area wise identified during site tour
- Attend planning /coordination meetings to address the issues related to quality of product requirements
- Participate in initial kick off meeting and prepare documentation accordingly
- Consultation, participation and communication of requirements related to projects
- Prepare and submit handing over documents
Must have skills:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- 3+ Years as a QA/QC Engineer in an Interior Fit out company
- Understanding of Construction Quality Systems, ISO 9001, material testing, and fit-out standards
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and documentation.
