We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our IT team. This role will ensure the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing, validation, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test plans, executing tests, and verifying that the product meets the required standards and user expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- [4+] years of experience in QA/QC or software testing.
- Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, or JMeter is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Using methodologies such as Six Sigma , Leanor Kaizen to continuously improve processes.
Responsibility
- Defining processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure that quality is built into the product from the beginning.
- Creating detailed documentation to describe how each process should be carried out.
- Regularly reviewing the processes to ensure compliance with standards like ISO, CMMI, or internal requirements
- Physically examining products (or software output) to check for defects or deviations from standards.
- Applying statistical methods to monitor and control the production process
