Role Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented
QA/QC Inspectors to support ongoing
interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The role involves ensuring all works meet approved quality standards, specifications, and authority requirements from execution through project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect ongoing fit-out works including gypsum partitions & ceilings, joinery, carpentry, flooring, tiling, painting, MEP coordination, and finishes
- Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and project specifications
- Conduct incoming material inspections and verify approvals prior to installation
- Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate inspections with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives
- Participate in consultant/client inspections and ensure timely closure of observations
- Maintain QA/QC documentation including daily reports, snag lists, and handover dossiers
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards
- Support snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities
Candidate Requirements
- 23 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Inspector in interior fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and quality standards
- Familiar with QA/QC documentation, inspections, and reporting
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site
- Candidates with prior experience in similar fit-out environments will be preferred
