Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC protocols throughout all project phases, from mobilization to handover
- Oversee inspections for irrigation systems, paving, planting schemes, soil preparation, and landscape lighting installations
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure quality compliance with client expectations and Dubai Municipality standards
- Conduct material sampling and testing; manage internal and third-party inspection reports
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, NCRs, corrective action plans, and QA/QC logs
- Liaise with consultants and clients for quality approvals and site verification
- Ensure project documentation aligns with ISO 9001 and environmental policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in landscape QA/QC for large-scale UAE projects
- Solid understanding of landscape construction techniques and materials (e.g., pavers, aggregates, native and exotic plant species)
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, including Trakhees, DM, and DEWA approvals
- Proficient in QA documentation, technical writing, and software tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, QC tracking systems)
- ISO 9001 certification preferred
