Quality Control / Quality Assurance Engineer Interior Fit-Out
Responsible for ensuring that all interior fit-out works meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures for interior fit-out projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, materials, and specifications.
- Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with project quality plans, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
- Monitor finishing works such as joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, and MEP interfaces.
- Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Maintain quality records, checklists, and handover documentation.
- Support project handover, snagging, and de-snagging processes.
