Develop and implement the project-specific quality assurance and control plan , in alignment with corporate quality policies, contract specifications, and ISO 9001 guidelines.
Lead and manage the entire QA/QC team at the project site , allocating responsibilities, reviewing inspection reports, and ensuring effective coordination across construction disciplines.
Oversee stage-wise inspections and approvals , including reinforcement checks, shuttering, concrete pouring, blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, structural steel erection, and MEP installations.
Ensure timely inspection and testing of incoming materials , verifying test certificates, managing sampling procedures, and coordinating with third-party labs for compliance verification.
Identify and address non-conformances proactively , by initiating NCRs, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
