We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector - Mechanical/Tank Inspector to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in quality control inspections, focusing on mechanical parts and tank systems. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical components and tanks to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize various measurement tools and equipment to assess the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures during inspections.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in quality control inspection, specifically in mechanical components and tank inspection.
- Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies, including ISO 9001 and ASME guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey inspection results clearly.
