Our client is currently hiring for the position of QHSE Director.
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the design, implementation and co-ordination of all HSE programs. Shall develop and provide technical and administrative directions on all HSE decisions
. Able to develop, implement and maintain QHSE related procedures, policies, risk-assessments for the various activities, aspect-impact assessments etc. for the various operations of the company
. Shall conduct work place safety audits, report incidents, conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis.
. Responsible for getting the necessary approvals such as Environmental License, Civil Defense License for smooth running of operations.
. Shall be able to conduct QHSE related trainings, encourage safe working practices, corrects near misses and reports the same.
. Shall be able to work with the multi-national employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
. Shall liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with the various requirements.
