What You'll Own
- Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 for IMMENSA Group.
- Plan and lead internal, external, and client audits, acting as the primary interface with auditors
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), NCRs, and CAPAs, ensuring disciplined and timely closure
- Serve as the QHSE authority across operations, projects, and the supplier network
- Lead HSE incident investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed QHSE into daily operations
- Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to analyze trends, identify risks, and improve audit readiness
- Build a proactive quality and safety culture, not a checklist-driven compliance system
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in QHSE / IMS leadership roles
- NEBOSH certified; Lead Auditor or certification exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Advance Manufacturing for Oil and Gas background is a strong advantage
- Proven, hands-on experience leading ISO audits, RCA, and CAPA management
- Practical experience using digital or AI tools for quality, audit preparation, or risk analysis
- Energetic, structured, and comfortable leading in fast-growing, technical environments
- A self-driven professional who takes ownership, challenges constructively, and closes actions
