Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) functions across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, client requirements, and internal company standards while promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
QHSE System Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QHSE Management System aligned with international standards and best practices.
- Ensure effective deployment and adherence to QHSE policies across all projects.
Incident Management & Investigations
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Prepare and implement corrective and preventive action plans to prevent recurrence.
Site Inspections, Audits & Risk Assessments
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits to ensure safe working practices and compliance.
- Identify hazards and implement mitigation strategies across all project locations.
Training & Safety Awareness
- Deliver QHSE training sessions, inductions, and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors.
- Promote QHSE awareness and ensure competency compliance across the workforce.
Compliance & Regulatory Coordination
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies, client requirements, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders on all QHSE-related matters.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track project QHSE performance and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
Safety Culture & Continuous Improvement
- Drive a strong QHSE culture across the organization through leadership, coaching, and engagement.
- Support improvement programs that enhance safety performance and project outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Mandatory Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma(Mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of international experience in QHSE roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Middle East(KSA experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management)
