Role Description

BlackPole Group is seeking professionals for the roles of Quantity Surveyors (QS), Project Managers, Engineers, and Planners. These are full-time, on-site positions located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, cost management, inspections, logistics coordination, and expediting activities to ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects. Candidates will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the highest standards are upheld throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will play a key role in the planning, management, and delivery of complex projects, working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities (role-dependent):

• Supporting and delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Managing cost, programme, quality, and risk within assigned projects
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Producing accurate reports, schedules, and documentation as required
• Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice across the business

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in your respective discipline
• Proven experience working on construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, professional, and results-driven approach
