Key Responsibilities
ISO Management Systems (Global Scope)
Develop, implement, and standardize integrated management systems across Elcome headquarters and international branches.
Lead internal and external audits globally, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
Serve as the central authority for ISO-related documentation and system updates.
Quality Assurance
Monitor and evaluate the global quality management system, defining and tracking KPIs. Drive continual improvement initiatives and promote best practices across all locations.
Support operations teams in maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
Ensure all branches adhere to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Conduct risk assessments, legal reviews, and EHS audits across operating regions.
Foster sustainability and a strong health and safety culture across the organization.
Information Security
Oversee ISO 27001 implementation and compliance across all Elcome branches.
Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to safeguard information assets.
Coordinate global information security awareness and training programs.
Documentation & Training
Maintain centralized, standardized documentation for all ISO systems.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff awareness and compliance.
Build local teams competencies in quality, safety, environmental, and information security systems.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare compliance and performance reports for senior management.
Collaborate with branch managers and department heads to ensure local adherence to global standards.
Facilitate global certification renewals and surveillance audit
