Yalla Plus is on the quest of looking for a Quality Assurance and Product Support Specialist to support the quality and usability of our products and work closely with the Product and Engineering teams throughout the release cycle.
Role Description:- You will be involved in testing new features, validating user journeys, and supporting communication between technical and business teams. The position offers hands-on exposure to SaaS and F&B technology platforms, with opportunities to grow into broader product and QA responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Test product features and enhancements through structured manual testing
Support sprint planning, timelines, and delivery tracking with the Product Manager
Contribute to improving QA workflows, testing standards, and processes
Log, track, and follow up on bugs with clear documentation and reproduction steps
Execute regression testing across web, mobile, and POS environments
Help enhance overall product reliability and customer satisfaction
Work closely with developers to clarify reported issues
Review UI/UX behavior to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience
Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to align on product updates
Assist with product documentation, release notes, and internal checklists
Candidate Profile:-
1 to 2 years of experience in QA and product support
Background in SaaS environments, preferably within F&B technology (POS and ERP systems)
Good knowledge of manual testing practices and quality standards
Exposure to SQL, API testing, or tools such as Postman
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
