Position: QA Engineer- Arabic speaking
Location: Dubai (Onsite)
Experience: 27 years of experience in Open Banking projects.
- Experience working in financial services, digital banking, fintech or Open Banking/PSD2 environments
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing for Open Banking features across web, mobile, and backend services.
- Perform API testing including validation of payloads, headers, OAuth2 flows, token management, and error responses.
- Use and manage the CBUAE Open Banking/Open Finance Sandbox for testing, onboarding, test data setup, and environment configuration.
- Ensure requirements traceability and maintain well-structured test cases, results, and documentation.
- Coordinate and obtain formal reviews, stakeholder approvals, and signoffs at key testing stages.
- Log defects clearly and manage their lifecycle through to resolution.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end validation activities.
- Ensure testing and documentation comply with regulatory, security, and audit governance standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, quality practices, and delivery efficiency.
