We work closely with real hotels, meaning our AI agents handle live guest conversations, making quality, reliability, and edge-case handling absolutely critical.

About the job

We're looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and stability of our platform, with a strong focus on AI voice agents. You'll work closely with product and engineering to test complex, real-time workflows and help build scalable QA and testing processes as the product grows.

Responsibilities

• Test B2B SaaS applications used by hospitality operators
• Validate AI voice agent workflows (call flows, interruptions, silence handling, failures)
• Execute end-to-end testing across dashboards, APIs, and AI agents
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and regression suites
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Contribute to automating testing processes where possible

Skills and qualifications

• 24 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Experience testing SaaS products, preferably B2B
• Strong understanding of testing fundamentals and bug life cycles
• Exposure to or interest in test automation
• Comfortable testing workflow-heavy or real-time systems
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience working in sprints/kanban
