Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Microsoft CRM

Role Overview

The QA Engineer will ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions through comprehensive testing processes..

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements for test planning
  • Create and execute:
  • Test cases
  • Test scenarios
  • Regression test suites
  • Perform functional, integration, and system testing
  • Validate CRM configurations, workflows, plugins, and integrations
  • Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools
  • Support UAT and production deployment validation
  • Collaborate closely with developers and team lead to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices

Required Experience & Skills

  • 47 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 applications
  • Strong understanding of:
  • CRM business processes
  • Dataverse data model
  • Experience with manual testing (automation is a plus)
  • Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Experience supporting UAT cycles and production validation
