Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements for test planning
- Create and execute:
- Test cases
- Test scenarios
- Regression test suites
- Perform functional, integration, and system testing
- Validate CRM configurations, workflows, plugins, and integrations
- Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools
- Support UAT and production deployment validation
- Collaborate closely with developers and team lead to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Required Experience & Skills
- 47 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 applications
- Strong understanding of:
- CRM business processes
- Dataverse data model
- Experience with manual testing (automation is a plus)
- Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, etc.)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience supporting UAT cycles and production validation
