We're looking for a detail-obsessedManual QA Engineerto help us maintain high product quality across our mobile apps, web platforms, and backend systems. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure everything we ship is stable, consistent, and user-ready.
Responsibilities- Execute manual testing acrossmobile apps, web applications, and backend services.
- Design, document, and runfunctional, regression, smoke, and exploratory test cases.
- Identify, log, and track bugs withclear reproduction steps, screenshots/videos, and severity levels.
- ValidateUI/UX consistencyacross devices, browsers, operating systems, and screen sizes.
- Test and validateREST API endpointsusing tools such as Postman.
- Verifyfrontendbackend integrationsand data flows.
- Performcross-browser and cross-platform testing.
- Support release cycles withpre-release smoke testingandpost-release regression testing.
- Maintain well-structuredtest cases, checklists, and QA reports.
- Collaborate closely withproduct managers, designers, and engineersto clarify requirements and prioritize issues.
- Ensure delivered features meetacceptance criteriaand overall product quality standards.
- Participate inQA planningfor new features, releases, and upcoming modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience inmanual QA testingfor mobile and web applications.
- Solid understanding ofQA methodologies, testing techniques, and software development lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience testingREST APIs(Postman or similar tools).
- Experience working withmulti-tenant systems or complex, modular platforms.
- Good understanding offrontend behaviors, user flows, and mobile app interactions.
- Basic familiarity withbackend systems, server responses, and error handling.
- Strong ability to writeclear, structured bug reports and test documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills withhigh attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have / Bonus- Experience withPWAs, POS systems, or SaaS products.
- Basic knowledge ofSQLfor data validation.
- Exposure totest automation tools(even at a conceptual or beginner level).
