Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October for a Quality Assurance Manager. The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure product excellence. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee audits, inspections, and compliance assessments, coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all quality management processes.

Qualifications

• Quality control expertise, knowledge of quality assurance processes, and understanding of compliance regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to oversee audits and inspections effectively.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO Auditor, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience in the haircare or beauty industry is advantageous.
